Dutch judge turns down EU referendum complaint

The Dutch are supposed to 'pay up and shut up', but they do not at all seem to be keen on signing another blank check again. Eighty-six percent thinks they absolutely have been fooled when the same gang said the introduction of the Euro money would be good for them. The word TAXES is not even to be found in the EU 'explanations' for the people, who are paying the whole scheme.

The Netherlands - May 25th 2005 - One of the dutch government's judges has turned down the official court complaint by the Dutch Committee* opposed to European Union 'constitution' - concerning the unlawfulness of the Dutch government using an extra 3.5 Euro-millions to advocate a YES to the blank EU check, a.k.a. 'referendum on the EU 'constitution', to be held on the coming first of June.

Even if the valid law on referenda in the Netherlands and the EU does not allow the taking of extra millions in taxpayers money by a government to further it's own policy, the judge - contrary to the law - but as expected by the realists - said the spending of an extra 3.5 million Euro unlawfully taken by the right wing government from their employers, the taxpayers, was OK.

The law raping judge in The Hague did - as far as is known - not even give a motive for his strange verdict. But his name has been added to the list of negative collaborators.

According to the dutch referendum law, one million Euro (say $1.28 million US) should be divided equally between the 'YES' and 'NO' sides... Now the judge tells the people which are complaining, that it's fine if the panicking dutch neocon government has an extra 3.5 million Euros: ten times as much as the NO saying people.

It's needed: all polls this far indicate that between 50 tot 63 % of the fooled people plan to vote NO. Since in the Netherlands the electronic voting machines allow the same tactics is in the US (Diebold) and the track is not followed (no paper trail mostly) it doesn't matter how the people vote: the outcome, the 'Yes' result, is already decided by the people running the dutch government. Now they're just looking for the most innocent looking way to commit the fraud. There must be some 'deniability'...

Justice in the Netherlands is in a coma. In one of the main dutch newspapers - Trouw - a group of dutch judges a while ago accused the minister of Justice - an anachronism called Donner - of using some kind of blueprint of the disgusting and inhuman US Patriot Act to rape existing law. Confirming that 'minister' Donner, his ilk and his actions are a danger to the country's justice, society and population. They are correct.

The badly informed Dutch are supposed to pay up and shut up: but the word TAXES is not to be found in the EU 'explanations' for the people, who are paying the whole scheme.

And nobody answers the questions why a Dutch taxpayer pays four times more to Brussels than comparable Denmark? Or even twice as much as the many times larger Germany?

England has no written Constitution

There is a now fast growing public skepticism about some important parts of the new European constitution. In England - where the pro Bush' Blair government plays the role of '5th colone' - the worst traitor' in the EU, Bush's warmongering poodle Blair, speaks with a misleading loud voice about human rights democracy etc.

But there is not even a written constitution in the UK he can refer to. Something which is spoken about with a stiff upper lip.

And still nothing is said about the 'Secret controversial agreements'

So people wonder about the fact that 'the highly controversial agreements' between the EU and the USA on extradition* and judicial cooperation, do not have to be referred to the European Parliament or national parliaments for their opinions. In the case of the latter EU-USA agreements the Council of the European Union was eventually forced to de-classify the texts and refer them to parliaments.

But: "The texts of the new agreements are not public."

Any government, and that includes the dishonest and incompetent dutch 'managers' running the government which - 'chosen' and paid for by the people - is not taking responsibility for done deeds, but keeping agreements etc. 'secret', is on the wrong track.

Bothering most 'is the scope of the new agreements, which is of great concern, as they will cover: "all security matters" and because of the need to encompass "EU crisis management operations". This means the agreements will cover: "many different areas of EU business, not only security and defense matters."

Tony Bunyan, Editor of the excellent 'Statewatch'* commented earlier: "This is another instance of secret policy making. European and national parliaments should be consulted and the texts made public so that there can be a debate as to their content and consequences.

Putting these agreements in place is not just about exchanging classified documents, it is also about the construction of a security regime for future cooperation on defense, foreign policy and justice and home affairs between the EU, non-EU states and international organizations. It is about tying in the acceding states and others into the aims and objectives of the EU-NATO-USA politico military axis."

But, the funny 'judge' in The Hague played his expected role, and the same crooked banking people, their corrupted politicians and media figures - which forced the Euros down the dutch throats, making their economy in many cases a shambles - the same gang is now asking the Dutch 'to do it again': sign again the 'blank check' which again will bounce back...

That should be another big sign on the wall, of what's in store for the Europeans.

But, in the Netherlands, like in so many other also so called 'democracies' it does not matter anymore who votes, or what people vote for or against.

The only important thing is who counts the votes!
