Open Letter to Judge B. Garzon

Dear Judge Garzon!

With astonishment, and wondering about what happened to 'Justicia' in Spain, I saw the verdict in the so called 'terrorism court case' in Spain, in which you seem to have been misled.

In all the past years I've given you all respect you deserved in many other judicial actions, so my - and many other's - bewilderment is profuse.

How ever could you accept false accusations with falsified - and/or faked US/Israeli intelligence service-made - so called 'evidence'? They 'cook the books' and you read them? How could you and your colleagues ever accept their 'Oratio pro Domo' based on lies and fabrications?

Many of us thought that you would be much too clever for such fraudulent treason, or fall into their traps, and that Spain under the present new government would show the world strong and honest judges.

Since clearly a mistake has been made, may I, on account of many people who abhor the position in this case taken by the Spanish judiciary, very strongly advocate and ask for the immediate release of our colleague Taysir Alluni?

And of course also for all other possibly falsely indicted people?

I'm sorry to say that many share the view that this bogus verdict is a 'Shame on Spain', and already has gotten world wide attention and condemnation.

We forcefully regret this miscarriage of Justice, and sincerely hope you will correct this as soon as is possible, meaning within some days.

This is not just a case concerning the law and 'Justicia' in Spain, but:

THE WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING...

With respect:

Henk Ruyssenaars
