What he lays out here is the planning for a geopolitical structure that will very likely one day lead to WW III. The lines are being drawn, the strategic areas are being pulled into two opposing orbits, and a huge gauntlet is being raised and made ready to drop.
I rarely use the word bombshell, but this piece comes close to that characterization. It is a powerful reminder of the fact that the powers that be have never grasped the mind boggling disutility of great wars.
They are intellectual adolescents playing war games on the world checkerboard with no grasp of the fact they are toying with real civilizations and real masses of humanity.
It is appalling, but don't skip it.
