There is a river of the heart that runs thru all societies. Its waters are swollen by countless tributaries from beliefs that sometime become religions, from traditions, from needs and wants, to dreams and desires - and in this Œriver‚ money flows throughout. Money is sometimes in the bright and quickly moving streams that flash and sparkle as they cover the shoals and take us over the rapids in our lives. There are other tributaries that meander slowly through the land, and are made beautiful by the promise of their existence.

Among the once-great variety of these contributing streams that eventually become the mighty river, there are also much slower, much darker waters as well. These heavy waters contribute poisonous runoffs, toxic sludge and often death as they begin to slow all life within those rivers of the human heart. In the past: these toxins just sank to the bottom of the swiftly flowing waters, but now their increasing volume has begun to mix with all that sustains life, and what is left to us, is only an oily goo that cannot sustain much of anything at all.

The 'world‚ as most people have come to know it, is only partially directed by laws and governments. The Real World is partially composed of favors, black-markets and forbidden fruits, without which the formal structure of courts and laws and politics could never truly exist. The depth of the differences between countries; for this usually unseen but critical contribution to existence, depends on the place and time in which these conditions function. Poorer countries are far more aware of this Outcast side of life; while wealthier nations prefer not to track just how this works to keep the wealthy at the top, and the less fortunate˜forever in the slums.

However: when the Outcasts began to speak for those who were supposed to be the leaders of the 'real world,' along with the entire establishment of that 'pretend world' of government and policy˜then everything is upended. Consequently whatever is done by the shadows that run both our lives and our WARS ˆ those Barbarians will see their efforts boomerang, in direct proportion to the carnage that they seek to inflict.

Corruption as a system of government tends to work very well, when everyone profits in small ways, with no real threat to the overall systems. That was a system that necessity created when the 'facts of life‚ themselves became too brutal for survival. That would still be the operative system in a great many under-developed nations, and a lot of third world countries, along with occasionally some larger states as well. However when those representing global criminal interests began to replace these simple political alternatives and customs with their system of deeply criminal international license, across the whole spectrum of daily existence - then everything changed forever. This has left Billions of people who must tenuously cling to life one day at a time - everywhere around the planet˜without much water, food, or shelter. The endgame here is massive death and sufferings for those who can least afford it.

Since the Outcasts want to reduce the population by two-thirds of those who live here now - they see this not, as a tragedy-of-titanic-proportions; but as that necessary final chapter in their end-game that would have them owning everyone and everything in the world. Most Americans have chosen silence over knowledge - ignorance over action - and in so doing have chosen enslavement over all kinds of freedoms that they once enjoyed. To voluntarily surrender one‚s real voice in a democracy was considered a crime punishable by banishment ˆ in the Greek City-States where Democracy was born. But being voluntarily cocooned in modern-day bubbles of self-indulgence will not protect anyone from the treason of cowardice that passes through every hour lost of precious and irreplaceable ''time''‚ Time that we choose not to know - and not to SEE! The American public has remained in denial for most of the last five years, because „to know'' would have been too horrible to contemplate.

AS MANY WILL SOON SEE - ''NOT-KNOWING'' WILL BE WORSE!

With this we have only deepened the crimes committed by the Outcasts in every area, both here and abroad. Leadership around the world is dripping with the blood of the innocent in country after country - led largely by the multi-nationals in what has become an Outlaw Administration in that most prominent of rogue states - The United States of America. Because we cannot stop time, to correct the treason among the leadership of the USA - this situation has been created that has no apparent solution. The one thing that is certain is that if we continue to do nothing, we shall die in the Labyrinth because the only way out of this nightmare is to confront it - openly!

Laws are in place to begin to dismantle the dark powers of greed, of total corruption, and of treason.

Congress is supposed to have put an end to all of this before it gained the kinds of traction that it enjoys today - but their own self-interests prevent real investigations, never-mind taking the real and effective actions that the law requires; actions that would reverse these Crimes Against the World.

SOME OF THESE INCLUDE ENFORCING THE LAWS AGAINST PROMINENT GOVERNMENT POSITIONS BEING HELD BY PEOPLE WITH DUAL-CITIZENSHIP.

Enforcing mandatory registration of all foreign agents who do business with congress or the government. This would also go a long way toward taking back dominion over the true interests of the people of the USA.

Also those „secret societies'' that have a legal right to exist here - need to be shown on every resume, for everyone who is either appointed or elected to public office in the United States.

Finally, there must be transparency whenever any serious amount of money is spent by the government. This would outlaw all those „secret, no-bid contracts'' that have been used to drain the treasury and redirect the wealth of this nation into the pockets of the Outlaw elites.

Money it is said is the ''mother‚s milk of politics'' - But too much money, secretly controlled, is more deadly that all the bombs ever dropped.

This mask of a thousand faces began before the First World War, it continued through the Second, and now the descendants of its proponents are seeking Victory with a Third World War. It all started with another secret society - one devoted to remaking the world. The problem is and was that for that plan to become reality, the entire structure of society and the planet needed to be changed. Now we know that this now means eliminating over four billion people. That ''vision'' is a nightmare, and cannot be allowed to become a fact.

ALL THAT IS PREVENTING THIS FROM HAPPENING, IS WHETHER THE PEOPLE WILL RISE IN PROTEST AGAINST THIS OBSCENITY IN TIME TO PREVENT COMPLETE CAPITULATION.

There are some footnotes, to this rather strange commentary that is trying to get to the core of what is really happening today. Many have been genuinely puzzled by who these people really are and what they seem to be working at - which to the ordinary person seems to be the total destruction of the viability of the planet: by poisoning the earth, by contaminating the air and polluting the waters beyond all possibility for any recovery˜no matter how well intentioned. How could these Outcasts possibly survive this onslaught themselves, if indeed they finally accomplish what they are obviously trying to do?

The missing pieces are held by those who cling to 'leadership'‚ and the puppets that serve them, who are continuing with blood-stained hands despite the fact that each of them is now approaching death as well. The crux seems to be that these people have been so single-mindedly chasing this fantasy of theirs ˜this dream of ultimate power˜ for so long that they never finished thinking through the equations. IF they got exactly what they say they want - then how could society anywhere survive? Who would pay them rent, who would buy whatever they were selling, as they would then own it all:

Money would become useless, chaos and anarchy would rule daily life; and while they could torture, murder, and imprison to their hearts content - what would be the point?

Outcasts & Resistance - Part Two

OF COURSE THERE ARE A COUPLE OF OTHER POINTS THAT THE PLOTTERS HAVE YET TO WORK OUT.

They have already re-built the closed military bases and turned them into prisons to detain the population without the need for charges; and a few years back they purchased 80 million orange jump-suits from Indonesia. That would pretty-much cover the working population here - so if the new Americans will be slave-labor; then who in the wider-world would be buying what they make? And since we seem to be going to war in Iran, which ought to at least light the fuse for WWIII - other nations might not really be too interested, in trinkets from US prison camps, or in much of anything else of ours. With our industry and commerce outsourced, our natural resources being sold for pennies on the dollar, and our money being downgraded to junk status ˆ there really doesn‚t seem to be much point: especially given that the USA under this New World Order will be a police-state in all but name. These people are not even people in any sense of the word, they are Outcasts from the human race, and will be pariah‚s wherever they might go!

Those who designed this folly, are for the most part old and dying, and just like ''old men'' anywhere with dreams of grandeur unfulfilled, they will never forego their passion for power & control until death finally removes them from the scene! In the meantime, the public needs to protect itself or face an unimaginable future. This is why that disconnect between those who want to kill the planet and the rest of us is so huge. People need the world to be able to live. The puppet-masters, and their minions, are literally consumed by an insatiable lust for power that can never be quenched. But they fear everything that might threaten their success - including each other.

IT IS OUR PROBLEM TO RESOLVE

As for the world's survival, well the Outcasts are thinking either that this will just be collateral damage, or that ''science'' will be able to fix whatever is wrong. It is this arrogant disregard for everything but themselves that makes the Bankers, the Politicos and the Outcast soldiers that serve them - so inexplicable in the eyes of the vast majority of the global population. As thee creatures are figuratively Americans, it is our problem to resolve - and we owe the world that much at the very least!

After the Cold War ended, the world could finally see these Outcasts for what they are - while we for our part wrapped everything in American Flags, never noticing that more than half the stars now have six points instead of five. The USA has become a captive nation in service to Israel and all her twisted fantasies.

How can anyone in the USA continue to believe anything that GWB, or any of his closest advisors has to say - time and again Bush has promised the world and the USA certain things - only to have his words seen for the mega-lies they are, while his policies go up in smoke. The ashes of the human lives lost on all these official and ever-increasing lies, have stabbed this nation in the back, and have forever marked the thoughts and minds of so many millions, while the LIES continue to kill and maim millions around the world.

THIS TIME ON A GLOBAL SCALE!

During the Cold War there was some slight hesitation; between the naked steel fist of US aggression - and what we did in public. But after 911 the decision was made to let it all hang out - so that the round-ups could begin, and the seizure of the world could finish what cowardly greed had so long ago begun: this time on a global scale!

There is one clear instance that began with the end of WWII - and is still not final. This is perhaps our worst transgression against all the laws of human behavior and shows anyone who cares to look, exactly what the true motives of the nation are. Since WWII we have not won a single conflict, that was not a turkey-shoot and that‚s because our motives after the stalemate in Korea were ensnarled with corruption, greed, and hate. In our incursion, into Viet Nam, despite that transparent lie of the Gulf of Tonkin resolution - we were not there for any real reason at all - except to show with US military muscle and that we could and would bring down any reluctant population that opposed US aggression.

Still we ''failed'' and our Secretary of Defense on the day we fled Vietnam was Donald Rumsfeld. That would be the same Rumsfeld that created the failed WAR on Iraq, the torture, and the misinformation that amounts to tyranny and fraud in a time of war - because he led American forces into a military situation where they cannot survive, never mind win - and he did it all for personal aggrandizement, nothing more! Rumsfeld needs to be charged with misleading the American people, for corruption and treason, in a time of war!

HERE IS A PREVIEW OF HOW THE NEW WORLD ORDER IS SHAPING UP.

This is a vivid and chilling encapsulation of what is about to happen here. The cast of characters are not what they might seem to be, Their roles as captors and victims seemed to occasionally be reversed - but the outcome of what‚s been happening in Palestine to civilians, since the Israeli occupation began, will pale, when compared to what is scheduled to take place here.

Bear in mind we‚ve paid for every inch of the blood-drenched history of Palestine since 1948, with our taxes, our weapons, our unquestioningly subservient policies, and the lives of so many of our own troops, not to mention trillions upon trillions of taxpayers dollars, that have paid for things like the separation WALL, along with all the weapons used to slaughter a largely unarmed population: So much for ''the good guys!''

There‚s an open wound in the world that must be healed. Yet - there is no consensus for either the problem or for its‚ possible solution. World War II, for the USA lasted just four long years, yet this problem has gone on almost ten times that long˜almost 40 years.

THE WORLD HAS BEEN WELL AWARE OF THE DANGERS THAT THIS KIND OF CANCER REPRESENTS.

Consequently the Rules of War, the Geneva Conventions, the UN and the Nuremburg Tribunals were created. These were formally recognized as legal standards of behavior that could be agreed to by all member states in the community of nations. The USA and Israel have both refused to honor these conventions and the world‚s interests, by ignoring these standards, for the sake of the narrow self-interests of the few that profit from such a stance. Governments ostensibly exist to aid their people in creating a fruitful and productive life, without the threats, imagined or real, of terrors beyond their control. When the Bush Crime Family chose to make „War on Terror‰ they created war on the Concept of Intimidation, not upon a physical entity. In effect this „war‰ can never be won, as there will always be those who seek to intimidate others through violence or otherwise. Had US policy been about what governments are instituted among men and women to create ˆ then this government would have followed a very different path than the one that Israel has obviously chosen for Palestine ˆ that is a path that we are responsible for insuring that the dire outcome becomes reality. This too is another Crime Against Humanity, in the people that we have been torturing for forty years, on Israel‚s behalf. DR. HENRY KISSINGER, WHO WROTE:

“DEPOPULATION SHOULD BE THE HIGHEST PRIORITY OF U.S. FOREIGN POLICY TOWARDS THE THIRD WORLD.”

Research on population control, preventing future births, is now being carried out secretly by biotech companies. Dr. Ignacio Chapela, a University of California microbiologist, discovered that wild corn in remote parts of Mexico is contaminated with lab altered DNA. That discovery made him a threat to the biotech industry.

Chapela was denied tenure at UC Berkeley when he reported this to the scientific community, despite the embarrassing discovery that UC Chancellor Berdahl, who was denying him tenure, was getting large cash payments - $40,000 per year - from the LAM Research Corp. in Plano, Texas.

Berdahl served as president of Texas A&M University before coming to Berkeley. During a presentation about his case, Chapela revealed that a spermicidal corn developed by a U.S. company is now being tested in Mexico. Males who unknowingly eat the corn produce non-viable sperm and are unable to reproduce.

Depopulation, also known as eugenics, is quite another thing and was proposed under the Nazis during World War II. It is the deliberate killing off of large segments of living populations and was proposed for Third World countries under President Carter’s administration by the National Security Council’s Ad Hoc Group on Population Policy.

National Security Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, and titled “Implications of world wide population growth for U.S. security & overseas interests,” says:

“DR. HENRY KISSINGER PROPOSED IN HIS MEMORANDUM TO THE NSC THAT ‘DEPOPULATION SHOULD BE THE HIGHEST PRIORITY OF U.S. FOREIGN POLICY TOWARDS THE THIRD WORLD.’

He quoted reasons of national security, and because `(t)he U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries ... Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of U.S.”

Depopulation policy became the top priority under the NSC agenda, Club of Rome and U.S. policymakers like Gen. Alexander Haig, Cyrus Vance, Ed Muskie and Kissinger. According to an NSC spokesman at the time, the United States shared the view of former World Bank President Robert McNamara that the “population crisis” is a greater threat to U.S. national security interests than “nuclear annihilation.”

IN 1975, HENRY KISSINGER ESTABLISHED A POLICY-PLANNING GROUP IN THE U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT’S OFFICE OF POPULATION AFFAIRS. THE DEPOPULATION “GLOBAL 2000” DOCUMENT FOR PRESIDENT JIMMY CARTER WAS PREPARED.

It is no surprise that this policy was established under President Carter with help from Kissinger and Brzezinski – all with ties to David Rockefeller. The Bush family, the Harriman family - the Wall Street business partners of Bush in financing Hitler - and the Rockefeller family are the elite of the American eugenics movement. Even Prince Philip of Britain, a member of the Bilderberg Group, is in favor of depopulation:

KILLER VIRUS TO LOWER HUMAN POPULATION LEVELS

“If I were reincarnated I would wish to be returned to earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels” (Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, leader of the World Wildlife Fund, quoted in “Are You Ready for Our New Age Future?” Insiders Report, American Policy Center, December 1995).

Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld has been proposing, funding and building Bio-Weapons Level 3 and Level 4 labs at many places around the U.S. – even on university campuses and in densely populated urban locations. In a Bio-Weapons Level 4 facility, a single bacteria or virus is lethal. Bio-Weapons Level 4 is the highest level legally allowed in the continental U.S.

For what purpose are these labs being developed, and who will make the decisions on where bio-weapons created in these facilities will be used and on whom? More than 20 world-class microbiologists have been murdered since 2002, mostly in the U.S. and the UK. Nearly all were working on development of ethnic-specific bio-weapons (see “Smart Dust, Roboflies …”).

Citizens around the U.S. are frantically filing lawsuits to stop these labs on campuses and in communities where they live. Despite the opposition of residents living near UC Davis, where a Bio-Weapons Level 4 lab was planned, it had the support of the town’s mayor.

She suddenly reversed her position after a monkey escaped from a high security primate facility on the campus where the bio-weapons lab was proposed. Residents claimed that if UC Davis could not keep monkeys from escaping from their cages, they certainly could not guarantee that a single virus or bacteria would not escape from a test tube. The AWOL monkey killed the project (see “Smart Dust, Roboflies…”).

POPULATION IS A POLITICAL PROBLEM.

The extreme secrecy surrounding the takeover of nuclear weapons, NASA and the space program and the development of numerous bio-weapons labs is a threat to civil society, especially in the hands of the military and corporations.

The fascist application of all three of these programs can be used to achieve established U.S. government depopulation policy goals, which may eliminate 2 billion of the world’s existing population – through war, famine, disease and any other methods necessary.

Two excellent examples of existing U.S. depopulation policy are, first, the long-term impact on the civilian population from Agent Orange in Vietnam, where the Rockefellers built oil refineries and aluminum plants during the Vietnam War.

The second is the permanent contamination of the Middle East and Central Asia with depleted uranium, which, unfortunately, will destroy the genetic future of the populations living in those regions and will also have a global effect already reflected in increases in infant mortality reported in the U.S., Europe, and the UK.
